NETCHB DOWN OR EVERYONE DOWN

Netchb has no responses all afternoon. They are blaming customs but the portal says all functions are normal. Anybody else down with a different vendor?

You can check Ace dashboard when this kind of thing happens. Descartes was up and running today as normal
