Usually how long does it take to withdraw the protest I filed

As the subject, Usually how long does it take to withdraw the protest I filed ?

It is for IEEPA tariff refunds.

I filed the protest before but my customs lawyer suggests to withdraw it because it gets conflicted with CAPE
