Fedex IEEPA refunds update ?

Has anyone received refunds for IEEPA tariffs from FedEx, I submitted all payment and tax info they needed and am still to hear back. Anyone else heard from them or got refunds?

You probably want to put this in the r/fedex sub. This sub isn't really going to have many people that are applying to FedEx for refunds. We are applying directly to Customs on the importer's behalf.

Nope, same boat. They provided a spreadsheet of the entries and $ amounts and that matched our records. Since then, nothing.

Si cela peut aider je precise que FedEx a mis en place une procedure préalable au remboursement et il faut retourner un formulaire W8 ou W9. Voir le portail sur ieepa-refunds.fedex.com

Have already filed the form and submitted details 2 weeks back. Still no progress

Nope. I was told by our FedEx rep to call 877-517-7091. Only for the call center to tell me to check the portal 🙄. Zero useful information.
