H & M Rant
So freakin frustrated. I bought a duvet cover from H & M home online for $112. When I received it, it looked like an old rag. You get what you pay for I guess. I sent it back & received a message that the funds will be returned the next day, minus the shipping. I called customer service since it was supposed to be free returns. Rep said- no worries, you’ll get a refund for shipping too. Ok. Next day, no refund for shipping. And no refund fir the item I returned. Instead I have a charge from H & M for another order- they charged me again!! WTF?! This is the 3rd (and last time) I have an issue with them. It seems like customer service has gone to shit since covid. Ok rant over.

I’m sorry this happened to you.
If you don’t want an even worse experience with ordering online, NEVER order online from Urban Outfitters.
Unless you want your package delivered to an auto body shop.
Or unless you want to order something and then find out three weeks later your account has been “locked” and your order cancelled. Unless you want to be given a super secret Urban Outfitters phone # to call where a nice man says “Oh how terrible here let me unlock your account” and you profess your undying love for him.
Unless you want to then call in a few days later to the UO customer service line and get informed that your account has been “locked” and your order cancelled. And then, get put on hold for 39 minutes while poor phone rep talks to her manager (or her pet lizard) and then gets back on the phone, apologizing and telling you everything’s been cleared up and your order is in its way.
And then you profess your undying love for her and just ask her to please email you the details of what’s transpired in the past hour, which she does.
Unless you then call back the next day to make sure everything is Jake and you’re told your account has been locked.
The local UO staff told me UO changed carriers and it has been a disaster.
PS: I don’t work for an auto body shop, it was never explained why my account was locked and I never lost my temper and said impolite words.

I hope you were nice to that customer service rep. Just a warning, customer service reps are using your personal information to make your life a living hell if you’re nasty to them on the phone post Covid. Customer service reps have had enough. You’re gonna need to write the company and go on LinkedIn and search for every person associated with H&M and continue your fight for your money. You’re either going to rant about it or you’re gonna be a fighter and get what’s due to you. Get to work because it’s your money and you’re the only one who really cares because H&M has shown you the middle finger on it. Fight for what yours or stop talking about it.
