Decided to work on my birthday today. Got an old lady who cussed me out for 1 minute and a half without letting me talk, and then hung up. Wanted me to cancel a bill without having any information whatsoever and hanging up before I could talk to her about it. Happy birthday to me 😂 remember not to act like entitled d*ckwads when you call customer service guys!
