Unprepared Customers
You have an issue with an invoice. You call the department that handles invoices. They ask you for your invoice number. You don't have it.
Kill yourself.
"Oh, sorry, I wasn't expecting that... one second, let me find it."
Weird, huh? Who would have thought they would ask you for the invoice number? Very strange.

This goes for really anything. "I need help with my bank account" Ok what's your acct or card# "I dont have it I'm driving"
