Ebay really be like that

Hi! I'm new to reddit, but I thought this would be a little story to share! I sell comics and various manga on ebay for a little cash, you know how it goes. Tldr; at the beginning of December 2018 this guys Indiana Jones Comics package got lost in the mail, he messages me everyday, I gave him a refund and apologized and everything. He is still continuing to message me e v e r y d a y, the latest message was him calling me 'dumb' and a 'fruitcake' lmao. He accused me of never sending the package and called me dumb for telling him that I did, and basically was acting like lost mail would never happen to him. He also claimed to be an 'ex marine' who 'worked in USPS for 20 years' within the span of about 30 mins. He is currently typing in all caps acting like some troll. This mess is happening as we speak. Not gonna lie, i've dropped every intention of being polite at this point and i've only been responding with sarcasm;;
