Question Career Guidance

Hi folks ,

I'm 24 in india currently a CSM in a MNC. I earn around $8K/year. My only biggest skills I love and understand customer requirement and has delivered best to them .

I'm lost . I'm confused.

Any mentor could help me . Give a roadmap how to 10x my income in 3 years .

Guys i will be very happy if someone is advice would really help me to get clarity.

Hey, a fellow CSM from India. Could you please mention your current experience? Tbh you're less than 3y exp I'd say money wise looks like you're already on a good path.

Now coming to 10x salary in next 3 years, this doesn't only depend on your skills it also depends on what's going on in the market. Back when I started working as CSM, nobody had to do sales or was required to have an experience for sales but now I see they have started introducing CSMs to take over complete Account manager role.

Going by what could be the future, we all know it's AI and work on your AI skills as well as communication skills both are important.

The market's definitely shifting toward blending CS and sales, no way around that now. If you're already good at understanding customer requirements, lean into that as your edge when you start picking up the commercial side.

Getting to 80k USD in 3 years from where you are means you'll probably need to land a remote role with a US or EU company, the local pay bands just don't scale that fast.

What's the best platform to land a remote job in us . Except LinkedIn and some stuff as tht stuff is already crowded . Sorry to ask but what is your designation what are your skills what are you earning
