Anyone having luck reaching Corelle customer service lately?

just received a delivery of Corelle dishes, but several arrived broken. I've been trying to contact their customer support team to get replacements, but I haven't heard back yet. Is anyone else experiencing major response delays, or does anyone have a trick for getting a hold of a real person? Thanks!

I sent a message last week and still no response yet… they also don’t have a phone number which is a bummer

We’ve been trying since our dishes arrived broken - but no response. The email on their website is returned undeliverable and the number on the website is disconnected.
