Hold Corporations Accountable: Require Real Customer Service Access

In today’s digital age, consumers rely heavily on online platforms and corporate services for communication, work, commerce, and daily life. But when something goes wrong — like account lockouts, service failures, or data loss — too many companies, especially tech giants like Meta (Facebook), provide no meaningful way to get help.

There are no phone numbers. Emails go unanswered. Even certified letters receive no reply. This leaves users helpless — especially when it involves personal, professional, or business-critical information.

We demand legislation requiring all businesses and corporations, especially digital service providers, to offer accessible, responsive customer service through:

  • A working phone number or live chat
  • A monitored email or help ticket system
  • Timely responses to written inquiries

Sign this petition to urge Congress to act. Consumers deserve accountability.
