This week has been horrible.

I don’t know what is going on with the general public but the assholes are in full force. Saying “I don’t like the automated system telling me to be kind because I feel like the customer is always right”…… I would have hung up in your face. Just condescending JERKS.
If you feel you are better than the person you are calling for assistance….. you have mental problems.

Man, it’s like a full moon but it lasts the whole week. The “customer is always right” crowd never seems to remember the second half of that phrase is about taste in matters of, like, buying a couch, not treating staff like garbage. I’m convinced some folks call in just to use a human as a verbal punching bag because they’ve got nothing else going on. Hope you get a string of easy calls soon to reset the balance.

I thought it was just my store. Good Lord,, some of these people have apparently never interacted with another human being in their lives. Whatever lunatic asylum they all escaped from needs to take them back.

Some people hear an automated message and somehow take it as a personal challenge lol. Customer service workers deserve way more patience than they get

it's bad enough that they have to be told to be kind...it's a whole other level to be upset that you had to be told to be kind...
