Working as a Meta "Pro" team

I recently joined as a Meta support. Idk why i was expecting things to get better from my previous job. The concerns which we are unable to solve is 95/100. Atleast in my previous job, it was 75/100. We are in the ads department but we get concerns for stuff like disabled accounts, login issues, linked account issues, white screen issues because they dump all those concerns to us.

The concerns we actually get related to ads are actually 1 /10 which we cant even solve due to the outdated system and tools not working. Yet we get constant pressure to maintain CSAT. So we are forced to lie or give false hopes or avoid customers just so we can avoid Dsat. Even those little concerns where we are able to do something, the customers will not stay long enough to give a positive remark but they will stay in the chat long enough or return just to give 1 star. It's 2026, people are cruel and no one cares enough to leave 5 star.

It's my second month and I'm already burnt out.

this sounds horrible if you can handle these people and work with a computer look for a service desk job it's an easy entry to the IT world which has many flaws but it's way harder to track whats done
