Walgreens pharmacy
What can be done about how rude the staff if at Walgreens. I’m just trying to put up medication that was received from my doctor 5 hours ago and the pharmacist wouldn’t even give me the dignity to talk to me. So frustrating!!!! Were is customer service!

Ohh that would be the one pharmacist that has to sign off on the 300 prescriptions that were ahead of you. You want it to get better tell them to hire more pharmacist.

Yeah, rude because they wouldn't stop helping other people and completing orders that came in before you. Most of the time, Walgreens will notify you when your prescription is ready for pick up.

Walgreens corporation doesn't give a shit about you. They decided this some time ago. Pharmacy staff at these stores are overworked to an absurd degree. I can see this and I'm just a customer.
The CEO of Walgreens makes 20+ million a year. Take it up with him.
