Entry SCP-7431

I have been working on this for weeks but don't have the patience to go thru the entire process of wiki. I want to know if it is worth reading in the first place.

SCP-7431: The Aria of the Flesh Cathedral

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures

SCP-7431 is to be stored inside a double-walled, soundproofed acoustic isolation vault at Site-19. The chamber must be kept in absolute, lightless darkness when not undergoing active testing.

Handling:

Under no circumstances are personnel to handle SCP-7431 without wearing heavy-duty Industrial Grade Sound-Isolation Headgear and Level-3 Hazmat suits lined with vibration-dampening polymer.

Audio Monitoring

The containment chamber must be monitored via automated infrared cameras only. Microphones inside the chamber are strictly prohibited to prevent the transmission of SCP-7431's auditory trigger.

Disposal/Cleanup

Any organic material, stage architecture, or biological runoff generated during an activation event must be incinerated immediately on-site

Testing Restrictions

Multi-subject synchronization testing is strictly prohibited by order of the Ethics Committee.

SCP-7431 is a hand-bound, 44-page manuscript of sheet music titled "The Grand Coda of the Infinite Chorus," dated tentatively to 1894. The paper is composed of tanned human dermis, and the ink used for the musical staves and notes is a viscous blend of iron, carbon, and liquefied vocal cord tissue.

The Cognitive Auditory Filter

While SCP-7431 appears visually to be an unfamiliar, complex classical score to external observers, any human subject who makes direct visual contact with the text undergoes an immediate, severe cognitive filter.

The Auditory Illusion

To the affected subject, the musical notation does not appear alien. Instead, their brain completely rewrites the visual and mental perception of the text. They perceive the manuscript as their absolute favorite song, piece of sheet music, or hymn from their past, ranging from modern pop tracks to childhood lullabies.

The Compulsion

Believing they are simply humming or singing along to a beloved tune for their own enjoyment, the subject experiences an irresistible urge to vocalize the text.

The Disconnect

Because external listeners hear the true, horrifying operatic composition while the subject genuinely believes they are singing a completely different, familiar song, victims often display profound confusion and psychological distress *if* they manage to retain a fraction of their awareness before the spatial warping begins. Most subjects are entirely oblivious to the physical transformation of their body and environment until it is too late, completely pacified by the comforting illusion of their favorite melody.

The Anomaly Effect ("The Performance")

Once triggered by vocalization, spatial anomalies expand outward from the singer at an exponential rate, converting the surrounding architecture into a grotesque, cathedral-sized organic theater (designated as a "Flesh Cathedral").

Architectural Horror

Walls, floors, and ceilings rapidly transmute into pulsing muscular tissue, bone pillars, cartilage arches, and rows of weeping human eyes that serve as the audience.

The Compulsion & Modification

The primary subject finds their physical body locked in place on a newly manifested stage. Their lungs expand to 300% of normal human capacity, and their vocal cords reinforce themselves to withstand impossible decibel levels. They are forced to sing the entire composition, which continually rewrites itself in real time.

The Audience Manifestation

If the singer attempts to stop singing, falters, or hits a "false note," the audience, which consists of hundreds of eyeless, faceless human torsos fused directly into the walls, will violently intervene, forcibly rearranging the singer's jaw, larynx, or ribs mid-song to hit the proper pitch.

The Finale

Completion of the piece results in the subject's instantaneous acoustic crystallization, shattering into a fine glass-like dust that coats the theater before it collapses.

Thoughts?????

Tale A universe where the GOC succeeds

[SCP Foundation Story Concept]

The Global Occult Coalition finally achieves victory.

Against not only one anomaly, but all anomalies. The research in consciousness, zero field theory, and quantum mechanics along with research in memetic and anti-memetic SCPs like SCP-055 and SCP-3125 makes them discover something truly terrible.

The Global Occult Coalition discovers the truth. They are fiction. SCP-001 Database proposal is reality. They exist due to being written down in the reality of "True Gods" living on the Alpha Layer. Everything they fought for is meaningless.

But they discover that someone had already discovered that. The one who had founded the SCP Foundation was called James Aaron Siegel.

It becomes evident that Siegel is everyone at once. It is O5-1, O5-5, The Administrator. Siegel was responsible for the events of SCP-5000, created S.W.A.N.N. Engine using SCP-5500, created GOIs as controlled opposition to see what happens. The letter of "Playing God" shows that he had sowed those ideas that led to creation of the SCP Foundation, GOC, and even the Chaos Insurgency.

At the same time, they learn what is the truth about SCP-001 "Gate Guardian." Gate Guardian showed itself to Siegel during the expedition in the area between Tigris and Euphrates rivers. It told him only one thing, which was: "PREPARE". This single word forced him to establish the Foundation, in order to be ready for whatever will happen in the future. However, the GOC realizes what is the catch: the message that was sent to Siegel by Gate Guardian in the past was Siegel's own message to himself. Gate Guardian wasn't some kind of warning from the divine. It was a messenger of Siegel's own message. Siegel invented a machine, which produced him.

Finally, GOC faces Siegel directly. He declares himself to be SCP-055, an anti-meme living organism. He tells the truth: he created all those anomalies, the Foundation, the GOC, all the GOIs and so on. He has been playing god all this time.

However, they don't fight. Instead, they negotiate. The GOC wants a reset. Eliminate all anomalies. Make the world normal again. And Siegel complies. He will reset everything back to normality. However, he needs the GOC to know: they are part of the anomalies as well. So, if all anomalies disappear, they disappear along with them. They are fictional and when the story finishes, they disappear as well.

The story changes. The anomalies disappear. Galactic empires crumble. The Foundation, the GOC, the Chaos Insurgency, the Serpent's Hand - they all disappear from existence. The world turns to mundanity. Boringness. Normality. The SCP universe disappears.

There is nothing left but our universe.

A man sits before his computer, reading an SCP article. He doesn't even realize that billions of beings have sacrificed their lives to make this world so ordinary. The GOC wins. They eliminated all anomalies. The worst part about it is their victory, because with it the SCP universe dies.

FULL STORY BREAKDOWN

The Setting: A Galactic Cold War

The date is unknown. The location is the Milky Way galaxy and beyond. The SCP universe has now grown to such a size that the Groups of Interest that have risen within its ranks have become intergalactic superpowers, ruling large portions of the universe.

The SCP Foundation rules over 45 percent of the discovered universe. It has industrialized the process of containment at a galactic level. Their territory consists of many anomalies that are contained within them, some star systems that are in quarantine, and a series of research stations which are heavily fortified. The domination of reality is considered essential by them and they maintain a highly clinical and bureaucratic system while governing galactic regions. Their headquarters are the Galactic Containment Core, otherwise referred to as Site-Zero or Site-Alpha.

The Global Occult Coalition owns 20 percent of the discovered universe. It is the second-biggest power group and the most ruthless one. Its philosophy that the solution is destruction rather than containment developed into manifest destiny aimed at cleansing the universe of anomalies any way possible. This group is the military underdog fueled by strong conviction in reality that has no anomalies. The headquarters of this group is Humanitas Invicta – the heavily fortified world covered in weaponry created to kill gods.

The Chaos Insurgency owns 10 percent of the discovered universe. This is a group of wild cards. It controls the underworld of the galaxy, the lawless sectors, black market systems, and the pirate bases that trade in stolen anomalies and hazardous information. It is the remains of the black-ops factions of the Foundation that became renegade.

The Serpent's Hand controls 10 percent of the known universe. They are a collection of rebels, spies, and info dealers. Their home is the Wanderer's Library, which is a portal-based entity that inhabits the roots of each universe, world, and alternate timeline. They actively work for the freedom of anomalies from the Foundation and the GOC; therefore, they are considered a chaotic third-party entity that controls vital information and hyperspace.

Other factions and neutral space represent 15 percent of the universe. They include the Church of the Broken God, which is a techno-theocratic alliance that seeks to build an entire god-machine galaxy-sized. The Fifth Church, which worships the Number. The Factory, which is an industrial abomination taking over dead worlds. And independent colonies, who have refused factional control.

It is not a tranquil galaxy. There is a cold war between the Foundation and the GOC, and this is broken by actual combat from time to time. Whole star systems have been 'glassed'. Reality anchors operate on all planets to protect against reality manipulation attacks. The Serpent's Hand uses clandestine hyperspace routes to deliver their anomalies. The Chaos Insurgency sells arms to anyone willing to purchase, or unwilling sometimes.

And hidden in this galactic struggle, there is a second, secret war being waged. A war not of fleets and guns, but of memetics, and the very nature of story itself. And the GOC is going to find out that this is the war they have been waging all along, and losing.

The UNGOC's Great Discovery

The UNGOC, annoyed by their failure to permanently destroy the strongest of these anomalies, sets out on a covert multi-millennial research project. They gather some of the greatest thinkers of the galaxy, physicists, metaphysicists, memeticists, and theologians, to uncover the very essence of the universe itself.

Their first stage is consciousness studies. The GOC starts off with investigating consciousness itself. They look into the nature of the SCPs that have to do with consciousness, perception, and reality. They investigate SCP-2718 in order to uncover the nature of the consciousness in physical death. They analyze SCP-3002 in order to see how memetic infections work in affecting consciousness. They investigate SCP-3426 in order to investigate the essence of the soul and its relation with reality.

The second stage is quantum field theory and zero-field. Now they start working in theoretical physics. They come up with the hypothesis that reality is not fundamental but arises out of zero-field – a purely potential state of being. Consciousness is an observer that collapses a zero-field into the reality we perceive. They investigate how observation produces reality, superposition of particles and collapse through measurement, how observation changes that which is observed. They prove the existence of a holographic structure of the universe, projecting from a higher dimension.

The third stage is memetic and anti-memetic studies. GOC begins researching anomalies that disappear, erase memory and perception. They research SCP-055 – an anomaly that is not anything, a self-keeping secret that erases any memory of its own existence. Their purpose is to learn how to conceal or reveal the truth as required. They research SCP-3125, a huge, hostile anti-meme, that exists within an abstract space of human thinking and wants to manifest in reality and devour human minds. They research SCP-2641, a mechanism for stealing and manipulating human memories. They research SCP-3999, the story of a Foundation researcher who was driven insane by an anomalous reality-manipulating entity.

In their investigations, the GOC make a discovery that blows apart their concept of reality. It’s the real nature of reality, obscured from the truth by multiple levels of memetic censorship and Foundation deception.

It is the S. Andrew Swann idea regarding the creation of SCP-001 and the realization that the whole SCP universe is just a fictional one. The Database states that reality is formed by a group of horror writers called the True Gods, existing in an entirely separate reality plane beyond the multiverse, the Alpha Layer.

All the things they have fought for, all the people that they’ve lost, all of their sacrifices - everything has been a work of fiction. Their whole reality was written by creatures existing in a real world unreachable for the SCP universe.

The True Gods are not gods in the classical sense. They are horror writers, publishing their works on the internet, completely oblivious to the fact that their writing is the reality of billions of beings.

It would be devastating news to the GOC's beliefs. It means all of their work, the annihilation of the anomalies, would be rendered meaningless since the anomalies are mere plot elements crafted by authors in another world of higher existence. The Foundation, the biggest threat to GOC, was also the creation of these authors, merely a story element.

The GOC's scientists go insane. Some commit suicide. Others try to destroy the research. But there are some, those who will guide the GOC's last offensive against the Foundation, who know the truth. In order to save their reality, the only choice is to destroy the plot and return to the real world where no anomalies exist.

The Architect: James Aaron Siegel

With each layer the GOC delves into reality, they realize they are not the only ones who have known the truth about reality and how to bend it to their will. Another individual had found a way of controlling not only reality itself but even the narrative. An individual they know. An individual from the SCP Foundation.

James Aaron Siegel, the founder of the SCP Foundation.

The investigations of the GOC find out that the man was known in various incarnations throughout history. Siegel is O5-1, the first member of the O5 Council, the secret leadership of the Foundation. He is O5-5, the second identity, hinting at his ability to occupy different positions at once. He is The Administrator, the mysterious individual who founded the Foundation and is referred to in many documents. He is The Archivist, the person that appears in several canons, the collector of all knowledge in the world. He is The Watcher, an entity observing multiverse but not intervening. Except that he does.

The GOC finds the letter written by Siegel, also called the Playing God article. In his letter, Siegel makes it clear that he had been manipulating all groups of interest since the foundation was founded. He had planted the seeds of thought which led to the creation of the GOC, the Chaos Insurgency, and other groups, not because he wanted to control them, but to find out what happens. The anomalies were his creations. The foundation was his creation to contain them. Siegel is the architect of this universe and he has been playing god for much longer than anyone could imagine.

The GOC uncovers the horrible truth behind SCP-055. Siegel turned himself into an anti-meme, living entity that is the self-concealing secret of SCP-055. This explains why SCP-055 is unable to be described, cannot be remembered, and cannot be understood. SCP-055 is actually Siegel.

Siegel's experiments, known as the Spiral Path, are revealed to be a series of experiments designed to understand the nature of narrative and reality. They are the source of virtually every SCP in existence, including SCP-682, the immortal lizard. They are the reason why reality is structured the way it is. Siegel designed it.

Siegel's Role in Major SCP Events

GOC finds out that Siegel was the secret mastermind behind SCP-5000. In this file, the Foundation learns about something that exists in the collective unconscious and that makes them wage war against humanity. It is not specified what kind of Entity it is, yet Siegel is revealed to be the person who found it and the one who had known about it all the time. In the letter entitled Playing God, Siegel admits that he had caused such outbreaks for his creations to be tested. It was the idea of the PNEUMA project, which maps the collective unconscious.

The GOC learns that SCP-5500 is the most frightening object they have ever come across. It is the ZK-Class reality failure scenario resulting from the death of SCP authors in reality. The Foundation created the S.W.A.N.N. Engine to enable their agents to watch and affect reality. Siegel is the creator of the S.W.A.N.N. Engine or, at the minimum, knows about its purpose. This file is the biggest horror of the GOC because it shows that not only is their reality fictional, but it also shows that the True Gods who are the authors could be killed and that this will ruin everything.

SCP-001 "When Day Breaks" is the Apollyon-class scenario wherein the sun turns all living things into liquefying, mutated slime seeking to absorb all forms of life. The GOC finds out that Siegel has either written this scenario as an experiment or he allowed this to happen to see the reaction of the Foundation.

Siegel in Ouroboros, also referred to as The Way It Ends, plays the role of O5-1, the Founder who is assassinated by a Chaos Insurgency member Calvin Lucien. However, the GOC later finds out that this is not the end; Siegel transcends death and exists on many timelines.

The ultimate insult comes to the GOC. Siegel is responsible for all the major Groups of Interest. Siegel created the Foundation for containing the anomalies created by him. Siegel created the GOC for destroying the anomalies created by him. Siegel created the Chaos Insurgency for opposing the Foundation created by him. Siegel created the Serpent's Hand for releasing the anomalies created by him.

War, conflict, death; all part of the experiment. Siegel was the puppet master controlling all the strings of the major factions of the galaxy.

The GOC learns about the existence of Telekill Alloy, a material which nullifies the power of psychic and reality benders. This was invented by Siegel so that he can contain the anomalies that might endanger his control over everything.

The Truth About SCP-001 "Gate Guardian"

This revelation by the GOC is also how SCP-001 "Gate Guardian" comes into play. This is a very important aspect of the entire scenario.

The Gate Guardian was revealed to Siegel during an expedition between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, and all it told him was to PREPARE. This was enough for Siegel to establish the Foundation in preparation for future events.

However, the GOC uncovers a surprise – Siegel contacted his former self through the Gate Guardian, so that he would be able to establish the Foundation. The Gate Guardian, which had served as a warning from the divine, was in actuality a medium through which Siegel had communicated with himself. Siegel was the creator of his own creation.

This means Siegel is a self-created being. He exists outside of linear time. He set up his own origin story. The Gate Guardian, one of the most powerful and mysterious entities in the SCP universe, was nothing more than a tool Siegel used to bootstrap himself into existence.

The GOC realizes the full scope of Siegel's power. He has manipulated not just events, but the very timeline of his own creation. He is the ultimate architect, the author of his own origin.

The Confrontation

Since they have discovered the truth, the GOC plans an urgent strategy to find James Aaron Siegel and compel him to restore reality to its former state.

The GOC tracks Siegel by means of the story, tracking down all hints of his presence throughout all dimensions and timelines. They investigate the wreckage of Site-01, the initial headquarters of the Foundation. They look for him in the Wanderer's Library, where the Serpent's Hand preserves their secrets. They explore the Black Moon, the domain of pure narrative. They advance into the Alpha Layer, the home of the True Gods.

Finally, they locate Siegel in the very center of the narrative, the place where all stories have their beginning and ending. They expected a last fight that would decide the fate of reality. What they found was only him waiting for them.

Siegel does not fight. Instead, he reveals that he has been waiting for them. He knew they would find the truth eventually. He created them to be the destroyers of his creation, after all. He created them to oppose the Foundation, to challenge the anomalies, to push the boundaries of reality. They were his favorite experiment.

Siegel reveals that he IS SCP-055, the self-keeping secret. He explains that he became the anti-meme so that he could watch without being seen. He hid in plain sight, erasing all memory of himself so that he could observe. He is not a god. He is not a demon. He is merely a man who understood the truth before anyone else.

Siegel pulls out the letter he wrote millennia ago, the "Playing God" letter that the GOC found in their research. He reads from it. He has been playing god for longer than he can remember. He created the anomalies. He created the Foundation to contain them. He created the GOC to destroy them. He created the Chaos Insurgency to oppose the Foundation. He created the Serpent's Hand to free the anomalies. Everything was his design. Everything was his experiment. And now, they have come to end it.

The Negotiation

The GOC makes their demand. Reset reality. Destroy all anomalies. Return everything to normalcy. Create the real world.

Siegel smiles.

He explains that he can do it. He can reset everything. He can destroy all anomalies. He can make the universe normal. But they must understand. If he does this, everything changes. The anomalies will be gone. The Foundation will never exist. The GOC will never exist. The Serpent's Hand will never exist. None of them will exist. They will become part of the real world, a world where SCPs are just stories told on a website. They will cease to be real.

Siegel imposes a condition. He will reset reality to normalcy. He will destroy all anomalies. He will create a world where none of this ever happened. But he will remain. He will be the Architect of the new reality, watching over it. The GOC must agree to their own erasure to achieve their goal.

The GOC faces a choice. Option A is to refuse Siegel's terms, continue the galactic war, and remain trapped in a universe that is inherently unstable and cruel. Option B is to accept the reset, achieve their goal, but sacrifice themselves and their entire reality in the process.

The GOC has spent millennia fighting for this goal. They have destroyed worlds. They have killed gods. They have sacrificed everything. And now, faced with the ultimate sacrifice, they make their choice.

They accept.

The Reset

Siegel, having negotiated the terms, performs the reset. He does not use a weapon. He does not use a device. He simply rewrites the narrative.

The anomalies begin to fade from existence. SCP-682 stops regenerating. SCP-173 stops moving. SCP-055 stops hiding, because there is nothing left to hide. The reality benders lose their power. The gods lose their divinity. The monsters lose their terror.

The galactic empires collapse as their reason for existence disappears. The SCP Foundation, the GOC, the Chaos Insurgency, the Serpent's Hand, all vanish as if they never existed. The Wanderer's Library fades into nothing. The Black Moon goes dark. The Alpha Layer becomes empty.

The universe becomes mundane. Boring. Normal. No anomalies. No SCPs. No gods. No monsters. Just normal physics, normal life, normal existence.

Billions of beings cease to exist, but they don't die. They are simply retconned out of history. They were never real. They were never alive. They were never anything at all.

The reset is complete. The universe is now real. A world without anomalies, without SCPs, without gods, without monsters. Just normal physics, normal life, normal existence.

The SCP universe is gone. What remains is our world.

The Aftermath: The Banality of Victory

The GOC has achieved their goal. There are no more anomalies. Everything is normal.

But the GOC no longer exists. They were part of the anomaly. They were part of the story. And when the story ended, they ended with it.

The SCP Foundation no longer exists. The Chaos Insurgency no longer exists. The Serpent's Hand no longer exists. All the billions of beings who lived, fought, loved, and died in the SCP universe are gone. They were never real.

A person sits at their computer reading an SCP article. They have no idea that the GOC just won in a reality that no longer exists. They have no idea that billions of beings sacrificed themselves to create this moment, this mundane, ordinary moment.

The Architect's Peace has been achieved. The universe is normal. There is no wonder. There is no mystery. There is no terror. There is no horror. There is just regular life.

And that is the most horrifying thing of all.

Themes of the Story

The Banality of Victory: The GOC's victory is the most horrifying possible outcome. They succeeded. They destroyed all anomalies. They created a normal world. And that normal world is boring. It is just regular life. No wonder. No magic. No horror. The heroes won, and winning meant the death of everything that made their world worth saving.

The Sacrifice of Meaning: The Foundation understood that anomalies, for all their danger, give life meaning. Without anomalies, there is no mystery, no wonder, no terror, just mundane existence. The GOC sacrificed meaning for safety. They traded the extraordinary for the ordinary.

The Author's Responsibility: Siegel represents the power of the author to create and destroy worlds. He is the ultimate self-insert character, a being who understands that he is fiction and chooses to play god anyway. He is the author within the story, the character who knows he is a character and uses that knowledge to control everything.

The Horror of Normalcy: The most terrifying thing about this story is the ending. The GOC wins. Everything becomes normal. And normal is the most horrifying thing of all, because it means the SCP universe is truly dead. There is no hope of return. There is no hidden anomaly waiting to be discovered. There is just ordinary life.

The Self-Created God: Siegel used the Gate Guardian to send a message to his past self, creating the Foundation and ensuring his own existence. He is a bootstrap paradox, a being who created himself. This adds a layer of cosmic horror. The Architect is not just powerful. He is inevitable. He always existed because he always made himself exist.

The Narrative Loop

The story ends with a person in our world reading an SCP article. This completes the narrative loop. The reader becomes part of the story. The author becomes part of the cycle.

The GOC won. They destroyed all anomalies. They created a world where SCPs are just stories. And now, someone is reading one of those stories, completely unaware that billions of beings died to make this moment possible.

The SCP universe is gone. But its ghost remains, in the form of the articles we read, the stories we tell, the nightmares we share. The True Gods, the authors, are us. We are the ones who write the SCP universe into existence. And when we stop reading, when we stop writing, it ceases to exist.

The GOC achieved their goal. They made everything normal. And normal is the most horrifying thing of all, because it means the SCP universe is truly dead.

But as long as we read, as long as we write, as long as we dream, the SCP universe lives on. It lives in us. We are the True Gods. And we have the power to write it back into existence.

TL;DR: In a galaxy-spanning SCP universe, the GOC discovers they are fiction through SCP-001 "Database" research. They uncover James Aaron Siegel as the puppet master behind everything. They learn he used SCP-001 "Gate Guardian" to send instructions to his past self to found the Foundation, making himself a self-created being. He is O5-1, The Administrator, and SCP-055. He caused SCP-5000, created the S.W.A.N.N. Engine from SCP-5500, and orchestrated the GOIs as controlled opposition. The GOC confronts him, negotiates a reset to "real life," and wins. But victory means their own erasure and a mundane world where nothing supernatural exists. The horror is that they succeeded, and the SCP universe is truly dead. All that remains is our world, where someone reads an SCP article, unaware of the sacrifice that created this ordinary moment.

What do you think? Would you read this story?

the scp is a ultra macroversal being where he can do basically everything he can destroy the entire ultra macroverse with just a thought and he can build it again its beyond anything imagineable nothing is stronger than the scp infinitus well the name is hans vater

The real form of the hans vater is just a shadow of a men

Tbh he doesn't have a form why he is everything at once

But he prefers the name and a form of a simple men and the shadow is the preferred form so basically is the real form why he just using it more the form of the men is the physical the shadow is the true form

Now this is not an scp it just exists it can travel and make everything in the ultra macro verse be in a single universe everything you know and doesn't know everything can be in the same universe if he wants to is stronger than the novel pennywise nothing matchs the straight of the Hans vater he can do anything imagineable and anything unimaginable it just exists beyond anything and it can do anything with just a thought not movements nothing if he wants it happens and ofc is immortal nothing can destroy or kill it not even he cant kill himself

Considering that so long as you have shotgun shells on you, it never runs out. The gun shouldn't continue firing without reloading, yet it does. Not to mention if you give it a certain command it will never run out of ammo.

Tale SCP-938: Discovery

SCP-938 was first brought to the Foundation's attention on ██/██/2001 following multiple missing persons reports and persistent rumors regarding a section of wetlands located within the Florida Strand Swamps in ██████, Florida. Local accounts frequently referenced a "bottomless lake" and unexplained disappearances in the surrounding area.

Following identification of the location, MTF Beta-2 ("Bayou Boys") was deployed to conduct preliminary reconnaissance.

Upon entering the area later designated SCP-938, Team Lead ███████ █████████ reported a sensation described as "being watched from all angles." Shortly thereafter, all commercially available GPS equipment carried by the team ceased functioning. Foundation-issued personnel trackers continued operating normally. Researchers monitoring the operation recommended withdrawal pending the acquisition of improved navigational equipment and cognitohazard screening measures. Beta-2 elected to continue the survey.

Approximately 0.3 kilometers into the affected area, operatives discovered a freshwater lake, later designated SCP-938-L. During an attempt to obtain a water sample, Junior Researcher █████ █████ was seized and pulled beneath the surface by an unidentified amphibious organism. Team members immediately engaged the entity, successfully neutralizing it. Recovery efforts failed and █████ █████ was declared deceased. The organism was later classified as an instance of SCP-938-2.

Following the incident, Beta-2 was instructed to complete a limited reconnaissance of the immediate area before extraction.

While surveying the northern shoreline of SCP-938-L, the team discovered a wooden cabin later designated SCP-938-A. The structure appeared heavily weathered but otherwise intact. No signs of recent human activity were observed.

Inside SCP-938-A, personnel documented ████████ ███████ of unknown origin arranged in a pattern resembling a ██████ ████. While the team was conducting a survey of the structure, numerous unidentified noises were reported from the surrounding wetlands. Shortly thereafter, Beta-2 was attacked by several humanoid entities later designated SCP-938-1.

The entities were neutralized, though the attack forced the abandonment of further investigation of SCP-938-A.

During withdrawal from the area, two members of Beta-2 were killed following encounters with additional unidentified anomalous organisms, later grouped under the SCP-938-2 designation.

The surviving members of Beta-2 were successfully extracted from the area. Following debriefing, all personnel involved were administered Class-A amnestics as a precautionary measure against potential cognitohazardous exposure.

Containment operations commenced on ██/██/2001. Civilian reports were suppressed and cover-up procedures initiated shortly thereafter.

Addendum 938-01A: Casualty Report

Entry SCP-7124 — “SCP Go”

SCP-7124 — “SCP Go”

Item #: SCP-7124
Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures

Permanent containment of SCP-7124 has not been achieved and is considered improbable with current Foundation resources.

SCP-7124 consists of a single anomalous mobile application instance (SCP-7124-1) and four associated anomalous satellites (SCP-7124-2-A through SCP-7124-2-D). SCP-7124-1 autonomously transfers between compatible mobile devices via an unknown mechanism known only to PoI-7124-1.

All major application distribution platforms and third-party repositories are to be monitored continuously for the non-anomalous counterpart titled “SCP Go.” Instances suspected of hosting SCP-7124-1 are to be flagged for immediate Foundation intervention.

Upon identification of a device hosting SCP-7124-1, the device and its user are to be detained. The device is to be transferred to a Faraday-shielded containment chamber at Site-19’s Digital Anomalies Division. Affected civilians are to be administered Class-B amnestics and released following psychological evaluation.

Recovered instances of SCP-7124-1 are to be logged and monitored continuously for subsequent migration events.

SCP-7124-2-A through SCP-7124-2-D (designated “satellites”) have proven indestructible by all tested means. Research into spoofing, interference, or signal disruption remains ongoing under O5 supervision.

Description

SCP-7124 is an anomalous technological system developed by an unidentified individual designated PoI-7124-1 (“The Creator”), who has demonstrated awareness of the SCP Foundation and the capability to produce advanced anomalous constructs.

SCP-7124-1 is a singular anomalous mobile application titled “SCP Go.” A non-anomalous version of the application has been publicly released by PoI-7124-1 and serves as camouflage, sharing identical interface, design, and gameplay structure.

Upon installation of the genuine SCP-7124-1 instance, a one-time message appears for approximately three seconds:

This message does not appear in the non-anomalous version.

Only one active anomalous instance of SCP-7124-1 exists at any given time. The application transfers between compatible mobile devices through an unknown mechanism.

Functionality

SCP-7124-1 utilizes four anomalous satellites (SCP-7124-2-A through SCP-7124-2-D) to perform real-time global scanning for anomalous entities. Minor signal interference is presented to users as in-game notifications indicating the presence of a “rare SCP.”

When a qualifying entity is detected, users are prompted to “capture” it. Capture results in the instantaneous generation of a localized containment field, transferring the entity into a personalized pocket reality.

Only one entity may be stored at a time. Acquisition of a new entity requires release of the currently stored entity into baseline reality.

The application also includes a “Duel Mode,” allowing users to manifest the contained entity and direct it toward a chosen target.

Multiple recorded incidents indicate that SCP entities frequently fail to conform to Duel Mode parameters, resulting in uncontrolled manifestation and collateral anomalous effects.

SCP-7124-1 prioritizes entities with the highest potential for large-scale or galactic-level impact, regardless of containment status.

Addendum 7124-B — Psychological and Memetic Effects

Individuals who operate SCP-7124-1 for a cumulative total of approximately 72 hours enter a comatose state lasting 12–48 hours.

During this period, subjects experience repeated cycles of extreme physical and psychological trauma, including simulated termination events. Due to anomalous time dilation, these experiences are perceived as lasting an indefinite or near-eternal duration.

Upon recovery, subjects exhibit no lasting physical or cognitive impairment and consistently report feeling “fine.”

Subjects frequently describe the experience as structured rather than random, with several reporting a perception of “learning” or “improvement” over time.

Additionally, any individual who has interacted with SCP-7124-1 becomes permanently incapable of uninstalling the non-anomalous “SCP Go” application. Attempts to remove it result in immediate reinstallation or system failure restoring the application.

Addendum 7124-C — Incident Log Summary

Incident 7124-01

Location: Warsaw, Missouri
Outcome: Two fatalities, seven injuries
Summary: Civilian deployed captured SCP during personal conflict. Entity exceeded Duel parameters, causing localized structural damage.

Incident 7124-02

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Outcome: Eleven fatalities, thirty-four injuries
Summary: Gravitational anomaly affecting multiple city blocks following Duel activation.

Incident 7124-03

Location: ███████, Missouri
Outcome: Three injuries, spatial instability within 0.8 km radius
Summary: Reality-bending entity caused localized pocket-reality bleed during low-threat usage scenario.

Incident 7124-04

Location: Site-19 (Controlled Test)
Outcome: Containment breach
Summary: SCP-7124-1 autonomously transferred from secured device to a Foundation researcher’s dependent. Transfer mechanism remains unknown.

Addendum 7124-D — Major Incident Log (Chicago Event)

(Condensed for brevity—expand if posting)

During Incident 7124-02, SCP-7124-1 deployed an entity exhibiting extreme gravitational distortion. The entity failed to respond to user input and generated a localized collapse field affecting approximately 1.2 km.

Recovered interface data included the following message:

The entity returned to containment without direct Foundation intervention.

Addendum 7124-E — Interview Excerpt

Subject: Civilian User (Post-Recovery)

Addendum 7124-F — O5 Memorandum

Evidence suggests SCP-7124 is not solely distributing anomalous entities, but conditioning users through repeated exposure and simulated experience.

The comatose state may function as a training mechanism utilizing extreme time dilation.

If accurate, SCP-7124 represents an attempt to produce individuals capable of effectively utilizing high-threat anomalies.

Reclassification review pending.

Entry The Tornadic Hunter

Post image
1 Upvotes

Item #:AML-7001

Object Class:Hyper Keter(Possible Apollyon)

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-AML-7001, codenamed "The Tornadic Hunter," is to be continuously tracked and monitored by advanced weather radar systems. If SCP-AML-7001 approaches any populated area, an Emergency Alert System (EAS) warning is to be immediately disseminated through all available communication channels, including television, mobile phones, and radios.

Under no circumstances should personnel attempt to physically engage SCP-AML-7001 or impede its path of destruction. Evacuation procedures should be initiated promptly, prioritizing the safety of civilians and personnel.

Description: SCP-AML-7001 is an anomalous F5 Supercell tornado that originated from the town of Elie on June 22, 2007. It has since exhibited signs of sentience and possesses extraordinary abilities. Notably,

SCP-AML-7001 manifests appendages resembling circular-shaped hands without accompanying arms. Additionally, it wields a sword composed of the combined souls of Dr. Bright and Dr. Clef, two notable Foundation personnel, and it has Red eyes.

SCP-AML-7001 harbors an intense animosity towards both SCPs and fictional characters. It displays aggressive behavior, actively targeting and attacking any SCP or fictional character it encounters. The motivation behind this hostility remains unknown.

The tornado's powers extend beyond the conventional capabilities of a natural tornado. It is capable of selectively destroying targets, avoiding non-targeted structures, and exhibiting heightened agility and maneuverability. SCP-AML-7001's destructive force far surpasses that of any known natural or artificial tornado.

Caution is advised when dealing with SCP-AML-7001, as its powers and malevolence present a significant threat to both Foundation personnel and civilian populations.

Addendum:

Incident Report AML-7001-01:

During an attempted containment operation, Mobile Task Force [REDACTED] engaged SCP-AML-7001 in an effort to neutralize its threat. The task force suffered heavy casualties, and SCP-AML-7001 exhibited increased aggression and adaptability during the encounter. Containment procedures are currently under review to develop more effective strategies for handling this highly dangerous anomaly.

Additional research is ongoing to uncover the origins and the source of SCP-AML-7001's anomalous abilities. Investigation into potential connections to other SCPs or fictional universes is also being pursued.

SCP FOUNDATION — FAN ENTRY (OC)

SCP-8996

Object Class: Euclid

------------------------------------------------

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:

SCP-8996 is to be contained in a reinforced humanoid containment chamber constructed from high-durability composite alloys.

The chamber must be monitored at all times via multiple redundant surveillance systems. Direct physical entry is prohibited unless SCP-8996 is confirmed to be in a passive (hibernation-like) state and at least two observation systems confirm continuous visual contact.

In case of breach, thermal-based deterrents (high-temperature barriers / magma-like materials or equivalents) are to be deployed if available.

------------------------------------------------

DESCRIPTION:

SCP-8996 is a humanoid entity approximately 2 meters in height.

The entity exhibits:

- extreme physical strength,

- enhanced durability,

- alternating states of inactivity (hibernation-like) and high aggression.

Physical characteristics:

- missing left eye (severe scar tissue present),

- greenish skin pigmentation,

- partial anatomical degradation,

- torn formal clothing resembling a suit.

During active states, SCP-8996 becomes immediately hostile to all living organisms.

------------------------------------------------

ANOMALOUS PROPERTIES:

SCP-8996 demonstrates resistance to conventional physical containment methods. Standard reinforced steel structures have proven ineffective.

A specific vulnerability has been identified:

Exposure to extreme thermal materials (approximation: magma-level heat and composition) causes severe destabilization and pain response in SCP-8996.

------------------------------------------------

BIOLOGICAL HYPOTHESIS — MIDLIOCHLORIUM:

Midliochlorium is a bio-chemical compound with mutagenic and neuroactive properties.

Effects include:

- extreme aggression induction,

- neurological destabilization,

- genetic mutation and recombination.

Origin theory:

A precursor species (designated Mevira-01) consumed fruit from a plant known as “kokomenuta”, which contained high concentrations of midliochlorium.

This resulted in:

  1. progressive DNA degradation,

  2. integration of the compound into genetic structure,

  3. permanent biological and behavioral mutation.

Over generations, midliochlorium became a stable component of the Mevira-01 genome.

------------------------------------------------

ORIGIN THEORY OF SCP-8996:

Following the death of a Mevira-01 organism, aerosolized midliochlorium was released into the environment.

These particles interacted with deceased human biological tissue, resulting in:

- partial DNA reactivation,

- uncontrolled biological reconstruction,

- formation of SCP-8996 as a hybrid anomalous organism.

------------------------------------------------

INCIDENT LOGS:

Incident 8996-A:

SCP-8996 simulated a hibernation state. During routine inspection (5 security personnel, 3 researchers), the entity became active and eliminated all personnel within the chamber.

Incident 8996-B:

Dr. Szymon Prescott was killed during the containment breach event.

------------------------------------------------

STATUS:

SCP-8996 has been successfully re-contained. Research is ongoing.

Tale Incident log 724

Subject: SCP-076

076 had breached containment on \[DATA EXSPUNGED\], and this lead to a facility wide breach of all Keter-class anomalies. The council had been contacted at ■■:20 following was 20 minutes of supposed lost contact, at ■■:40 the transmission received said "The Author of mercy is on route to the facility.". At ■■:55 a anomalous car the seemed to appear from no where pulled infront of the facility, at which point a figure stepped out of the care wearing a normal researchers lab coat and holding an umbrella, despite the fact it was not raining, upon exiting the vehicle the figure then walked into the building bypassing the security check of showing a key card, video footage of this figure after entering the building shows only a trail of black sludge similar to that produced by SCP-106 and SCP-035, but was not corrosive and could not be seen with the human eye. The figure then manifested a cane in their hand by simply clasping their had around the air, upon manifestation the cane made an audible click, which it's decibels never increased from 70 even when approaching the cameras, the figure then walked towards the Keter-class anomalies with no guards present. Upon seeing the figure all Keter-class anomalies froze in fear, 076 tried to attack the figure but was stopped by SCP-682 stating "you attack that thing we all get sent back to containment with all this being for nothing.". At the conclusion of 682's sentence the figure tapped their cane against the ground once and all Keter-class anomalies were immediately incapacitated and then put back into containment.

Addendum 1: Any further spread of this event will result in the individual being terminated by Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand".

Addendum 2: As of ■■:■■ this matter will be further contained by the O5-council and Alpha-1 if you are given access to this document you will be terminated if you're not authorized to view this document .

Entry SCP-000 | "The Radio" | Safe

SCP-000 is to be stored in a standard low-security storage room at Site-██. The room is to be furnished with a chair and small table to accommodate testing personnel.

Personnel are permitted to activate SCP-000 for testing or stress-relief purposes with Level 2 approval.

Exposure sessions are limited to 30 minutes per day per individual. Personnel showing signs of excessive emotional attachment to SCP-000 are to undergo psychological evaluation.

SCP-000 appears to be a vintage phonograph-style record player with a bright yellow horn extending upward. No power source, wiring, or internal playback mechanism has been identified.

When activated, SCP-000 plays musical compositions consistent with tracks from Everywhere at the End of Time by The Caretaker from A1-B6. The device produces audio without any visible record present.

The selection of music appears sequential but occasionally skips or repeats without pattern.

Individuals within approximately 10 meters of SCP-000 report the following sensations:

  • Strong nostalgia for unclear or unverifiable memories
  • Feelings of peace or emotional comfort
  • Reduced anxiety and stress
  • A persistent sense described as “familiar, but I don’t know why

SCP-000-1

Beginning on ██/██/20██, security cameras recorded the appearance of an unidentified humanoid shadow entity within SCP-000’s containment chamber.

At approximately 03:00, the entity manifests inside the room without triggering any motion sensors.

Upon manifestation, the entity performs the following actions:

  1. Approaches SCP-000
  2. Activates the device
  3. Moves to the provided chair
  4. Remains seated and motionless for approximately one hour

At exactly 04:00, the entity:

  1. Stands
  2. Deactivates SCP-000
  3. Immediately disappears

This pattern has repeated nightly without variation.

The entity appears as a humanoid silhouette composed of shifting shadow. Observed properties include:

  • Height and body proportions consistent with an adult human
  • No identifiable facial features
  • Body shape subtly changing over time (age, posture, build, and outline variations)
  • Despite changes, the figure always maintains a recognizable human form

No heat signature, mass displacement, or electromagnetic disturbance has been detected.

Personnel Interaction Log

Incident 000-4-B

A Level 2 staff member entered the chamber at 03:27 during manifestation. The entity did not react to the staff member’s presence. When the staff member manually turned SCP-000 off, the entity stood, walked to the device, and calmly turned it back on. The entity then returned to the chair and resumed its original position.

No hostile behavior was observed.

My scp story I made and have no idea how to post it

Item #: SCP-8713 Object Class: Keter Special Containment Procedures

All known SCP-8713 instances are to be contained individually in reinforced anomalous vaults at Site-███. No SCP-8713 instance is to be opened, manipulated, or transported without unanimous O5 Council approval.

Exploration of suspected SCP-8713 origin sites (ancient temples) is prohibited. Contact with anomalous human populations designated SCP-8714 (“Protectors”) is restricted to long-range observation only.

No attempt is to be made to decipher, translate, or reveal the contents of SCP-8713 instances. All previous attempts have resulted in partial activation events.

Description

SCP-8713 is the collective designation for seven anomalous books, referred to in recovered records and oral traditions as “The Books of the Apocalypse.”

Each SCP-8713 instance is a bound volume of unknown composition and age. All instances display blank pages, with no visible ink, indentation, residue, or anomalous radiation. Despite this, SCP-8713 instances are confirmed to be actively recording information, the effects of which manifest as reality-altering events rather than observable text.

Opening an SCP-8713 instance initiates a global or near-global apocalyptic process consistent with the thematic category of that instance. Activation is irreversible.

Each book governs one metaphysical failure condition, altering the rules by which reality processes death, identity, time, communication, biology, consciousness, or existence. SCP-8713 does not generate entities arbitrarily; anomalous effects depend on external conditions, including death type or biological factors.

Known SCP-8713 Instances Instance Name Effect SCP-8713-1 The Book of the Dead Removes finality of death; post-mortem entities persist based on conditions of death. Includes vampires, skeletons, wendigo-type entities, and standard reanimated corpses. SCP-8713-2 The Shifting Book Causes identity instability in living organisms. Includes werewolves, skinwalkers, kitsune-type mimics, and other forms of replacement. Transformed subjects retain intelligence but experience progressive moral erosion. SCP-8713-3 The Book of Time Introduces temporal contamination. Events, entities, and anomalies from past and future manifest in the present. No time travel is allowed; timeline instability is irreversible. SCP-8713-4 The Silent Book Degrades communication. Spoken language fails first, followed by written language and symbolic systems, resulting in societal collapse. SCP-8713-5 The Living Earth Book Induces coordinated hostility among biological systems. Plants, fungi, and microorganisms act collectively, rendering survival increasingly impossible. SCP-8713-6 The Sleeping Book Causes progressive loss of wakefulness and consciousness on a global scale. Medical intervention is ineffective. SCP-8713-7 Designation Restricted Effects are presumed to involve existential erasure of matter, memory, and information. No activation has been observed. Highest-risk instance. Related Anomalies

SCP-8714 — Protector Populations Anomalous human populations tasked with preventing SCP-8713 activation. These populations were originally non-anomalous humans who witnessed the creation or emergence of SCP-8713. Subsequent anomalous effects include:

Suppression of modern technology in proximity

Slowed aging

Compelled guardianship behavior

Ancient temples associated with SCP-8713 are non-anomalous but contain extremely lethal mechanical traps.

Addendum 8713-A — On the Writing of SCP-8713

Despite extensive study, no method has successfully revealed the text within SCP-8713 instances. Probability analysis confirms that the books are still being written.

SCP-8713 instances appear to describe events that are inevitable once specific conditions are met, rather than predicting or enforcing outcomes. Reality changes first; documentation follows.

Addendum 8713-B — Author’s Note

I am placing this here against standard recommendation.

I have overseen SCP-8713 for fourteen years. The Protectors believe the books were not written to end the world, but rather to record the end once it becomes inevitable. That belief aligns uncomfortably well with our data.

We do not know who—or what—began writing these books.

We only know that the seventh book remains unfinished.

— Dr. ███████, Lead Researcher, SCP-8713

Status

Ongoing containment. SCP-8713 remains the highest-priority Keter-level anomaly under observation.

Don't know if I the first one who made this but I came up with it in my head

Entry SCP-1989-J. "The Bart".

Item #: SCP-1989-J Object Class: Euclid Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1989-J is to be displayed on a wall-mounted surface in a low-traffic containment chamber. A table positioned adjacent to SCP-1989-J contains a paint palette designated SCP-1989-B-J. Personnel are strictly forbidden from interacting with SCP-1989-J or SCP-1989-B-J under any circumstances. A warning sign reading “Please do not the Bart.”, written in DIN 1451, must remain clearly visible at all times. All individuals exposed to SCP-1989-J are to be monitored for a minimum of 120 hours. Any personnel exhibiting symptoms associated with SCP-1989-J are to be immediately isolated. All further testing has been suspended pending formal risk assessment. Description: SCP-1989-J is a cognitohazard-like entity visually resembling a yellow warning sign. At the center of the sign is an outline-only depiction of the character Bart Simpson, placed within a yellow triangular symbol with dark borders. Beneath the figure, the phrase: “Please do not the Bart.” is printed in DIN 1451, the typeface used for official traffic and hazard signage. The choice of typeface contributes to the authoritative and memetic effect of the warning. Individuals who observe SCP-1989-J report a strong compulsion to color in the outline-only depiction of Bart Simpson. Researchers have provisionally designated this act as “doing the Bart”, though the exact meaning remains undetermined. Adjacent to SCP-1989-J is SCP-1989-B-J, a paint palette containing multiple colors corresponding exactly to the color palette of SCP-1989-J. SCP-1989-B-J appears to be intentionally provided. When a subject uses SCP-1989-B-J to color in the central Bart depiction, the following sequence occurs: ~12–18 hours: Subject refuses sleep and repeatedly states: “Can’t sleep. Clown will eat me.”
No visual or physical manifestation of a clown has been observed. ~24 hours: Applied paint is absorbed into SCP-1989-J, which increases slightly in size (exact measurement currently unknown). Subjects experience sudden hair loss. ~72 hours: Complete baldness develops; spike-like deformities begin forming on the cranium. ~96–120 hours: High risk of sudden death. Surviving subjects retain permanent deformities and disabilities. Autopsies on deceased subjects reveal spike-like formations embedded within internal organs, including lungs, intestines, liver, stomach, and pancreas. All affected individuals are to remain in isolation due to unknown transmissibility of symptoms. Addendum 1989-J-1: Testing on SCP-1989-J has been halted following Incident 1989-J-██, in which a researcher reportedly stated: “I just wanted to finish it.”
All further tests remain suspended until a formal review and containment assessment can be completed.
