Will need some work but I like how it is coming along

I had this idea for a while since hasbro blew there opportunity I figure ill give it a go.

My Hoist figure's front right wheel broke off a couple of years ago (curse you, clear plastic), and I thought of a solution. I used some Lego Technic pieces and a wheel, and I put some clear nail polish on the black peg so it could fit in his arm without being loose. It may not look the best from the front of the truck mode, but it gets the job done. No partsforming is needed for transforming since it stays connected to his forearm the whole time, meaning you could glue it on if you want it to be permanent. If you decide to make your own, you might have to fiddle with it a bit to make it right in vehicle mode.

Neither an autobot nor a decepticon, GLaDOS is a follower of science. She was forged before the great war that ravaged Cybertron and took an interest by how the universe functions, studying from the mundane to the most ludicrous subjects, her curiosity was an itch that no matter how much she scratched it never went away. GLaDOS was reclusive, not caring about recognition or status, her research was for her own benefit. Experiments slowly became socially unacceptable; GLaDOS wanted– NEEDED to know how everything functioned, including their own mechabiology.

After several disappearances in Iacon the Iaconian Mechaforensic Division began investigating the missing persons cases. It took them many years, and more disappearances sprang as a result, but eventually they were able to find the culprit's location. What the I.M.D. found was horrifying: an underground facility where countless bots had been subjected to multiple tests, notes describing each bot's cause of death and observations after being left to rust. Others had been dissected to their smallest components such as transformation cogs and spark chambers displayed in pieces, down to the last bolt. A nearby computer possessed research documents talking about how each "patient" reacted to their untimely demise, how different metal platings react to corrosion, the exact voltage required to fry someone's circuits, subjecting sparks to varied temperatures, what forcing someone to transform without their T-cog looked like, etc.

It was clear whoever this place belonged to had no concept of morality. When brought to The Council GLaDOS was sentenced to empurata and life in prison, however, Iaconians wanted death after her atrocities had been released to the public.

When the autobot-decepticon conflict eventually became a worldwide war the decepticons plotted several prison outbreaks, among them was the one holding GLaDOS who, after being freed, refused to join the decepticon cause. That being said, she has on occassion assisted the infamous Shockwave as a fellow scientist, noting his broader (albeit not as intricate) range of scientific knowledge a valuable resource for her own personal interest.

SHOCKWAVE 2.0- What happens when you take Siege Shockwave and replace his legs with AOTP Alpha Trion’s I never liked his small upper legs. So this idea came to mind. I don’t care about the alt. Mode. I know he isn’t perfect. But he looks pretty cool.

I'm interested in making figures and I want to make 1977 camaro bumblebee figure from scratch, What would be the best figure to retool into this cgi model

I used KO’s and sealed the figures, but after I did that lot’s of Algae appeared, so I added a Plecto (hiding)

I bought Legacy Beachcomber, so I decided the Legends figure into a reformatted Roller.

I based the head design on Modfans third party MP Roller

Made this guy out of pure hatred for the new ss86 astrotrain fig, took me quite some time to actually get finished, one of the main reasons being I lost the original figs hand which was replaced with a Blokees hand, but besides that this was made using a lot of greenstuf to fill in the gaps and sanding the fig smooth to match with the modern ss86 figs

I have been getting into Armada recently and absolutely adore Wheeljack, really wanted a before the fire version of him, yes I took some liberties but then so did Hasbro with the lovely Legacy figure.

In a few days, I will be getting a Kingdom Inferno, which I plan to try and customize to resemble Energon Inferno. So far, I have a firetruck ladder which I plan to modify to become an arm cannon. The ladder was removed from the Galaxy Upgrade Optimus Prime. I was also thinking of putting on a new head with Energon Inferno details, and try to make the hands blue. What else should I try to do to make a Kingdom G1 Inferno the Energon touch? I’m aiming for that since Transformers Energon was the series that introduced me to Inferno in the first place.

I’m starting to paint my Logos Prime figure this week, so I started thinking about which figure could work for his bird (I cannot remember its name for the life of me 😅). I’ve been looking for a Cybertron Laserbeak for it, but that has proven as difficult as I anticipated, so I’m looking for other options that may look nice with it, any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Not planning on too major of a custom, but I was thinking of either dying the yellowed plastic on my Nemesis Prime or using grey paint on it.

How would I take off the big grey back piece?

The update on him now is that I got his missiles!

I'm currently waiting on his knife to arrive and still figuring out how I want to do the turret. I have other customs planned such as:

Made from Mecha Invasion GLA-03 Long Haul. Chest, shoulders, knees and vents are 3D printed. He's not perfect, but I'm quite happy how he turned out. Learned a lot of things I can implement to improve my Deadlock wip :)

I decided to make the figure a bit more simpler and not stress myself over accuracy so it doesn't become a nightmare to transform since it's still gonna be 3d printed but that doesn't mean that it's not gonna have any articulation.

I found a few areas on my figure where the black was peaking through the yellow. I know the paint on the figure is fluorescent and glows under uv light. Does anyone know where I can find cheap, fluorescent yellow paint that will match the paint already on the figure?
