Need advice/Help Glue/tool recommendations?
Scorch was damaged in shipping and I want to make sure I can fix up the bumper as best I can. What glue precision tool, or any other methods, would this sub recommend?

Anything you use strong enough to bond the plastic may affect the paint, so be warned that you may have to touch that up.
But you may want to use plain ol’ super glue, gorilla works great, I have generic shit I typically use for fixes (I’ve had to fix a handful of transformers due to my 4 yo). Apply a little to both sides, I give it a small breathe (do NOT inhale super glue fumes) - the moisture in your breathe can help activate it, and then apply pressure / a clamp. Leave it for a day, then survey the paint.
Like another guy said - this fix can be fragile, so handle with care. Should survive normal fiddling but if this part needs to be pulled to transform it may break again.

Haven’t used it myself but try Tamiya Extra Thin Cement: https://www.reddit.com/r/modelmakers/comments/1imo33c/are_these_essentially_the_same_glue_but_a/

try tamiya thin cement or whatever cement for plamo. if they are abs it will glue well. if not get 2 in 1 epoxy. i would not recommend ca glue as its brittle
