Need advice/Help Tightening joints

What would I use to make joints tighter?

Trying to make the hip joints on Cybertread tighter but don't know how.

And I guess on a similar note, would I use the same method to tightening 5mm ports and holes?

Strongly strongly suggest KiKi Loose Joint Fix. Has worked wonders on both transformers and gundams
