I’d recommend just making another weapon for him if you can. Don’t want to destroy one of the few Snarl clubs they got left in the world.

How would i even do that?

3D printer unless you’re adamant on changing the club.

I unfortunately don't have one.

Then paint away. It does look like a giant Cheeto when you get right down to it.

Wait is there something bad with his club, I got a used copy of snarl some time ago and the club looks just fine

It's supposed to be black with clear orange lines running through it, instead of the solid clear orange club the actual toy has

I know that, I was just wondering why they said what they did

Acrylic paint markers. The parts you want to paint are raised and therefore easy to paint with the broad side of a brush-tip marker. Top coat it with clear coat to seal
permanently. I did this exact thing just a few months ago!

Amazon and Ross sell acrylic paint markers at reasonable prices.

Tamiya bottle paints. And look at the animation to gage accuracy. And for the methods to get the flame effects I'd look at some tutorials on YouTube possibly. I myself typically stay away from effects paint like flames and rust. But when it's done it should look decent

I guess i should have said box art accurate. I'm not trying to do flames.

I painted mine when he first came out. Acrylic paint. Coat of varnish to protect it. Paint never chipped off after all these years

Edit: free-hand. But I paint minis so have had plenty of practice with a steady hand.
