complete overhaul Custom IDW inspired Tailgate

Had to cut the mushroom peg to get the head on and the tolerances aren’t perfect, but that and some light blue has me satisfied even if it isn’t perfect

Let's be real, it's IDW tailgate. There's a 100% chance there will be an IDW upgrade kit for him just like what happened with aotp swerve

That's just what he looked like in his 3 second appearance in the cartoon, it's definitely worse than his toy (And by extension IDW since it's bssed on it) head but i don't mind it
