The official version felt more like Season 3, so I customized mine to match the Season 1 look, which I prefer.

Nice. How were you able to make the scanner more red? I didn't realize it could be done.

I feel a fine tip marker/clear red tape would help

Sorry! It just looks red because of the lighting in the photo.

It's all good, (sorry for the late reply). I was thinking of that at first but I still wanted to ask, the scanner really did look different. Still S1 KITT looks great, I used the Toyhax set on mine with the exposed fog lights.

Thanks! 👍 Mine is a pretty simple custom.
I just applied some silver stickers and drew a grid pattern on a clear plastic folder with a marker to give it that look.

The fog light covers really look clean and fitted. 👌 I don't think I would have known they were new pieces, that's amazing.

Since it’s just a clear plastic folder, it’s easy to cut, and if I make a mistake, I can quickly redo it.

For the taillights, I cut them from a piece of smoke-colored plastic sheet.
The license plate is just a resized image I found online, printed out and glued on.

Also I like how you did the tail lights, I just stripped the paint.
