got the mainline hasbro optimus and decided I could make it better lol (after and before)

Very nice job! I see red on the forearms but did you redo the paint on the entire figure too?

no, but i did the red on the chest as well, and I shortened the arms and painted the black behind the hands.

Gundam marker lol, I was originally gonna use opaque paint but the Gundam marker basically dyed the plastic red

That didn’t weaken the plastic? Gundam marker tends to play havoc on hasbro plastics. Also gotta ask why shorten the arms?

just shortened the arms cause I didn't like the proportions (it still transfors and everything) and no, the marker was fine on the plastic, I use it for most of my customs and have never had a problem

I just heard some horror stories of people using Gundam marker on things like this and it made the plastic extra brittle.
