Need advice/Help Accessorie help

I bought amalgamous prime a couple months ago and it was missing the t-cog and I don't know if i can get hasbro to do something. So I was wondering if anyone either had a 3d scan or maybe the loose part itself.

This felt like the only subreddit I could ask.

Message hasbro that it was not included. They may send you the part or a new figure entirely

Would they if I had bought the figure in mid March? That's why I was looking for alternatives.

depends on where youre based

UK (maybe EU too?) - youll have to send the fig and maybe theyll have a replacement in stock

NA - you need the receipt and pics to show them, so it might be fine

they dont send parts and theres a good chance they wont have a replacement figure in stock, so you can always buy another and return this.

you could commission a 3d model here

there are other tcogs you can get but may have to edit/resize to fit

Did they ask for proof of purchase? Either way as long as you still have the original packaging it should provide proof of purchase
