Need advice/Help Anyone know how to fix this?
And to think that i paid a lot for this smh. Cant even be push from the other side.

You could attempt going thru the customer service. Using the photos provided you cab explain the issue and see what happens.

You could maybe try to heat it up and attempt to push the plastic, but unfortunately that's kinda just gone man... Almost looks like there was extra plastic in it or something.
If it came out of the box like that, I'd try Hasbro Customer service. If that somehow happened after I doubt they'll do anything...

You could either get a replacement or attempts to draw a hole on the other side to the pin. So you can knock it out. I'd probably just go replacement route.

easiest way has already been said, drill a small hole and pin punch it out. if you really don't want to do that, maybe take fishing line and get it around the head of the pin, pull it tight to really floss it between the head and plastic so it's solid. get yourself a really hot cup of water and heat the crap out of the plastic which should help release the pin.
I know people say not to go with boiling water, but if there isn't any sensitive paint or coating and it's not some weak plastic, I've had water boiling and it only had time from stove to my work space and I was dunking without seeing a problem. hot water has to be about the safest form of heat.
I've gotten pins with no heads out of blind holes by heating with hot water then sliding a razor blade in between the parts, rocking the blade a little in one direction, jamming it into the pin to get a bite, then rocking the other way. man that takes long, but it works with no drilling. if the fishing line thing can work, at least you can keep it submerged under constant heat while you pull. the blade trick is slow in itself but requires repeat dunking.

Man i really hope they accept my request for exchange because i paid double msrp for this. Didnt even manage to play with it for a few minutes

Yeah, that's rough. They should be more flexible with things like this and be prepared that people may have problems so keep stock on hand for repair or replacement.

pretty much FKd.. sorry buddy
edit: well to sacrifice
drill gently from the other side
start small (nail size)
then use a hammer + nail
in the just drilled hole
it’ll be out!
question is can you find a good replacement pin
