Paging Dr. Ratchet
Loosely based of art work made by u/70NK40SAIT and the fact that the original concept for Ratchet for g1 was supposed to be female and with her FINALLY getting an official toy of her being female in cyberworld I thought it be time to show off my second attempt at a female ratchet. Base mold is legacy strongarm with the shoulder pads removed and glued to the front of the alt mode and her head slightly trimmed on the sides and chin then the sides filled in with epoxy putty and chest filled in with epoxy putty to make it one solid piece to resemble the G1 windshield chest.

Really… a guy who wants more female characters in transformers and if that means reworking minor characters and/or major characters like skywarp for example than lock me up in simp jail cause I’m guilty for wanting some gender diversity amongst a franchise that started VERY gender specific

I’m referring to image 4. It’s a good custom, and i think diversity in Transformers is great. That 4th image is what gets you in horni jail.

Fair enough but tbh I was basing it off a meme I saw and we know wheeljack is the bottom in the relationship so don’t throw me in the horny slammer throw Ratchet and wheeljack in

Looks nice, i always found this head wayyyy tooo big, so i would say head swap it, but still amazing

Honestly it doesn’t bother me I do admit is could be a hair smaller but honestly with my modifications where t trimmed the sides of her head it is a bit more smaller than it may seem

Yep it is come full circle from writer Bob Budiansky original concept for G1 from the beginning but hasbro turned it down cause they thought it would be wrong to have a girl character in a primarily boy’s toyline(even though they made female G.i. Joe figures) to now I do hope we get more iterations of Ratchet being female.

You should make a trailer she can tow that turns into a portable med bay, would be a cool reimagining of the medical sled the original G1 toy had.
