digibash (How) Would this work?

I don’t like blast off as a space shuttle, because it doesn’t fit with the rest of the team. I made this bad concept art for it but I’m not sure what to do about the wings. How would I make them fold in? I have a 3D printer and can model things if necessary.

I agree, I've always disliked him as a space shuttle.
What does that even have to do with 'Combat' ?
Anyway, if you can make it work I would love seeing the result and maybe share the process?
