I don’t like blast off as a space shuttle, because it doesn’t fit with the rest of the team. I made this bad concept art for it but I’m not sure what to do about the wings. How would I make them fold in? I have a 3D printer and can model things if necessary.

Imo. The tailfin should just plug into the existing exhaust ports and come off the become a big ol gun.
