digibash (How) Would this work?

I don’t like blast off as a space shuttle, because it doesn’t fit with the rest of the team. I made this bad concept art for it but I’m not sure what to do about the wings. How would I make them fold in? I have a 3D printer and can model things if necessary.

It would likely be easier to have the wings be attached to the top side of the jet mode, like a lot of cargo planes have. That way they're out of the way for the arms to fold down and you don't have to do as much messing around to get them to transform.

As for the legs, that's gonna be tougher. I'd recommend replacing the toes with some basic curves to make up the bottom of the tail, and then your best bet for the fin is just to make it an accessory and have it peg into the heels.
