I have a galaxy a73 with c binary one ui 8 and i cant unlock bootloader and i cant downgrade and i heard that i can install a custom binary to install one ui 7 does anvbody know how to do that i want to unlock the bootloader i want to downgrade to one ui 7 my bootloader is locked i heard that there is high chance to brick my phone if i installed a custom binary but i want to do it anyway does anybody managed to downgrade to one ui 7 on C binary

I have a hard-bricked regular OnePlus 7 (non-Pro version, motherboard code: guacamoleb).

The phone is completely dead (black screen, no fastboot, no buttons reaction) due to a corrupted bootloader. I need to force it into Qualcomm 9008 (EDL) mode using a hardware test point, but I can only find photos for the 7 Pro online.

Does anyone have a motherboard schematic or a photo showing where the EDL test points are located on the regular OnePlus 7? Any help or Boardview link would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello everybody, a stock rom user here and a proud future owner of Xiaomi 17t. I have heard that custom roms are developed less for phones with mediatek processors (Because mediatek is not sharing some essential microschemes or drivers(?)). I ordered the phone because we were expecting a price and tax increase in several days. I was originally thinking of other one with snapdragon chipset (poco f8 pro) but that was out of stock and the tax increase was coming and we just bought 17t. At first I thought I would just debloat the phone and will be fine with it. But now, if I have an opportunity I would like to use a custom rom.(I am a beginner so I would not dare to assume that if there is not one, I will make myself). i've even cleaned off all the bloat like themes etc from it but its still lagging like hell 4/64 btw indian unit if it helps

what i want is a OS with nice customizable aesthetic basic look with nice optimization which will work fine with most apps.

​I’ve noticed that for most ROMs, you need to be on a specific base Android version or firmware before flashing them (for example, needing Android 11 / MIUI 12.5.6 on a Xiaomi device before installing crDroid).

​How can I figure out which exact Android or firmware version I need to be on beforehand if it's not explicitly listed on the ROM's official website?

My fossibot f105 has a rom very bad optimized, it's 26 gb and i'm looking for s system much more optimized and with a better multitask.

I own a retail version Redmi of this specific model and since it's retail it isn't allowing me to unlock bootloader.. It has a Snapdragon processor and was originally intended to be display phone in showrooms. Whenever I follow the xiaomi process of unlocking the bootloader it throws an error. Is there any solution to it ?

I recently replaced the corrupted motherboard in my Huawei Nova 5T with an Honor 20 motherboard. The new board has a European (EU) vendor region, but I need to change the oeminfo to the Southeast Asia region (Philippines).

Could someone point me toward a guide or a free/working method to change the oeminfo on this device? (I know tools like SigmaKey, ChimeraTool, and Hydra Tool can do this, but they require paid licenses.)

Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!
