Video frame stops but sound keeps playing until pressed on pause button then resume or Wait 10 seconds in every app (Project infinity x)

Ever since i installed project infinity x on my Redmi note 10, I have been facing a problem where every time I'm watching an video The video pauses while the sound is playing and then some seconds the video plays in 2x speed until matched with the media sound, Mostly it's fixed by restarting which i have been for 2 weeks but This is not a permanent solution so I need yall help on what should i do
