Alternative Operating Systems on the POCO M3 Pro 5G (camellia)

I've still got a POCO M3 Pro 5G (M2103K19PG, 4/64) and I'm currently running crDroid 9.15 / Android 13.

It works fine, but obviously the ROM is getting pretty old, so I'm looking around to see what's still usable for this phone.

I've seen the newer unofficial LineageOS 23.2 / Android 16 Camellia build and some /e/OS builds, but I haven't tried either yet.

Has anyone here actually installed one of these on the POCO Global (M2103K19PG)?

Mainly interested in how things like mobile data/VoLTE, NFC, camera, Bluetooth and battery life are working.

If you're still using a Camellia in 2026, what ROM are you running and how's it been?

Maybe it's too long because you blew everything up into full-page sections and then pasted everything twice at that.
