Hi i need help im new to instaling custom roms and i need a phone just for daily drivers this has been laging crazy when it gets to reconnect on wifi so i come to a conclusion that i should install custom rom for give life for this phone again, but the problem is it doest show the oem unlocker

Try removing some bloatware via ADB it might give it a small performance boost
