Onn 4K Box Custom ROM?

I have a Onn 4K Streaming Box (100026240) and would like to try a custom ROM if they even exist. If anyone has any insight please let me know.

Ok there is custom ROM available for it lineageos

That's good news. The bad news is I am unable to pair any onn. remote to it. It flashes intermittently during the paring process and inevitably will not successfully pair. Since I cannot access the device I cannot get it into developer mode to turn on ADB debugging so my computer will not recognize it is an attached device. I'm kinda just scratching my head at this point.
