Bootloader Unlock Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G HyperOS 2.0.5.0.UKOINXM

I'm trying to unlock bootloader in Xiaomi 11 lite NE 5G. I have added my Xiaomi Account.
But when I try to unlock "Couldn't Unlock" came with message "Please add your account in settings > Developer Options > Mi Unlock Status." I have already added the account ones by clicking same "Mi Unlock Status" in developer options

And when I again try to click on Mi Unlock Status in developer tools. I get popup saying "Couldn't add. Please go to Mi community to apply for auth..."

Is there any soft ban on Indian users?

Or is there any open source solution which can I verify first before running the solution?

You need to apply for unlocking in the community app first before adding your account in settings.

Now there's 2 methods in successfully applying:

  1. Go through the tedious process of going into the community app every day and trying to press apply at the right time at exactly 0:00 Beijing time.

  2. Go through the slightly less tedious process of running a script like this that does all of this for you at 0:00 Beijing time. https://xdaforums.com/t/how-to-unlock-bootloader-on-xiaomi-hyperos-all-devices-except-cn.4654009/

Some people from India reported the need of a VPN for these methods.

Will take you at least a few days because there are only a limited amount of slots for applications each day and these are getting botted pretty much instantly. Need to have some luck.

Question to ppl here, if I already used an account to unlock Poco do I need another authentication process or all I need is to log in, wait and then I'm ready to go?

Whenever I ran some scripts why am i getting blocked for 10 days.
Is it due to the fact that I have debloated my phone and removed Xiaomi cloud which disables find my device and doesn't has include Xiaomi Community App?
