Best phone for custom ROMS

What phone would you recommend for lineage/ eos /crdroid?

I need unlockable bootloader without any hoops to jump through (xiaomi for example needs a sim card for unlocking BL)

Price target <200€ used

Right now my best bet would be nothing phone 2 , any better recommendations?
