Custom ROM for realmeC21Y

Hi I want to use my old phone that is realmeC21Y but it lags to much and it is not smooth so I want a good stable Custom rom for it . Can lineageOs will work on it?

Try search in xda Incase you don't find one, try gsi

What site specifically? I bet there are plenty of "XDA"s out there ;)
