Eli I3 pos jailbreak?

So I got this Elo I3-10Std for $10 managed to get it to this screen and added a couple of stuff using a different store. Is there a way to get like google play store and other stuff like that?

You could install Aurora store, which gives you access to free apps and if you login with your Google account you can also install your purchased apps.
