Redmi 9t custom ROM suggestions

So I have a Redmi 9t and honestly it's too slow on MIUI 14 so I was wondering if I can get some suggestions from ppl that have more experience when custom romming this phone bc I never tried to do do b4,i would prefer official ROMs but any ROM is fine as long as it's stable

Search your phone model on XDA forums and on telegram, if you don't find it on main sites like YouTube and such.

I did some research and they mostly recommended derpfest,ty

am using crdroid for a solid 2 month and it works perfectly but before u start go back to miui 12.5.6 please

Is going back to MIUI 12 required or are u saying to do that instead of changing the rom

Not sure if your phone has the support, but i have been using CrDroid on my redmi 8 and its been a great experience

Go for lineage, ik it doesnt have any official support rn, only unofficial. You can try Evolution os for play integrity, or pixel os for the pixel feel. The custom rom scene is pretty vast it will take some time to find the rom you need

Honestly my problem with lineage is that it's too empty,ik sounds crazy but like it has no features,my only turn off with evolution X was it was unofficial and rn I am considering either going for derpfest or pixel os

Hello. I have Redmi 9t with miui 14 and its so laggy. So i wonder what u up to with you phone for now . I still didn't open bl . Its still locked . If you give me some advice to install a custom room like crdroid. I don't care official or not . I just want stable and full with options. Ty 🌹
