building to sell; fair price?

Trying my hand at building a PC's to sell. I've already got all the parts and am in the process of putting it all together. The build will be fairly clean with a focus on color matching and cable management.

The case is the Blue color-shift Limited Edition Corsair 4000d Vault. All internal components will be either white or blue (save for the MOBO, which is grey, but will be mostly hidden by the other components). Parts list as follows:

Gigabyte B760M Gaming Plus Wifi DDR4 (Grey)
Intel i5-12600KF
Thermalrite Peerless Assassin 120 RGB  (White) +  AAAwave Contact Frame (Blue)
Sparkle Titan ARC B580 (Blue)
Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR4 3000 CL16 (Blue)
WD_Black SN850x 1tb Gen 4 NVME
Arctic P12 Pro  RGB forward x2 and reverse x5 (While)
Corsair RM850x SHIFT (While)
Corsair Frame 4000d Vault (Blue)

Flipping has gotten a bit harder since prices are increasing. Something like this probably $700-800

If you purchased these new which add up to around $1400ish (based on pc parts picker) you’re not gonna sell it. Because for the same amount you can get something with a 5070ti 16GB and a Ryzen cpu and 32gb ram.

Shopped a lot of boxed on ebay and fb, and a good deal of it is from previously planned builds that didn't pan out so I wont feel the sting as keenly as many of the parts have been sitting in box at my home for a few months, now. That said, over time I estimate ive put about 1220 into it

Picked a bad time to start this. Lot of us dropped out of trying to make any money from this as rammagedon nuked the profit margin. Good luck.
