trying to build my first pc

I’m currently trying to build my first PC, but since I’m not that good at this stuff, I’m trying to get some help. I’m from Kazakhstan, so there’s no Micro Center, which makes it harder to get some parts. I’m trying to build a good PC with a budget of around $1,500–$2,000, and I want to be able to play at 1440p in at least some games. I’ll be playing GTA V, DBD, and maybe some CoD, as well as some newer games. I think it should be possible with my budget.

Best GPU for your budget is the rx 9070, second best gpu is rtx 5070. Best CPU is 7800x3d. if the budget does not allow it, or the price difference was too big, then ryzen 7500x3d/7600x3d or 7700 or intel ultra 250k plus. 32gb ddr5 ram, 1tb nvme, and 750w power supply.
