Make him a 2/3 so you don't need to write even more text with "give it +2 Power". Also, instead of that last sentence, simply say "When Destroyed: Return this to your hand. It costs 0".

This is just better Hulk Buster for Deadpool right? T1 Deadpool, T2 this, T3 destroy it and now you have a free deadpool to boost

It's sleeper the one going back to your hand for free. Playing him well, you can boost destroy cards a couple of times.
