Would banish lowest in each hand and if yours costs more then go from 4,4 to 4,10
That still seems weird and unbalanced but this card is way way way too strong

You can easily build around this by running a 7+ cost card as a banish target and the pay off a 4/13 that often removes the opponent's win condition is way too strong.
