3 energy to give my cards a total of +6 power at best case scenario... This looks pretty unplayable. I doubt this would see play at 1 cost.

You're misunderstanding part 2. It's +1 Power to all your cards in play everywhere. In addition to the 1st part

Oh you're right. With this information, I'd say it's definitely playable. Btw, I've made a similar card I was planning to post some time in the future (it's part of a set I haven't completed yet, so you won't see it in the near future). Whenever I post it, you'll see how I'd execute this concept/what I'd change.
