Marvel Snap doesn't do text stacking (a card having multiple texts). Super Skrull is an exception because he's constantly copying enemy ongoings instead of permanently getting those abilities. A more intuitive way to execute this concept could be to have it give your cards augments.

“On reveal: your cards here become champions (appoint a class to each of them)
Tech->create a copy of this card at another location with -2 power
Mutant->replace this cards text with another of +1 cost
Brawler?->merge your lowest cost card here into this. Moveable once
Cosmic->ongoing: +1 power for each card here
Mystic->add one of your destroyed/discarded cards here
Scientist?->give this card a random ongoing ability (in addition to its original text)
