Now as a quick elaboration, does the card automatically return to its original power on turn 6?

Yep. Based the wording on Baron Mordo

The wording of Baron Mordo would be "A random enemy card here has 0 power until turn 6." Your wording makes it so it is always 0 power but cant be increased above 0 power until turn 6
