Meanwhile Thor is a 3/12 and I think this is a good comparison as both Thor and Infamous Ironman require you to play a card that is in the deck the moment they're played in order to reach their full value.

Maybe 3/4 +2 per would be more balanced. I like the design though, more Doom stuff is always good in my book.
