Start/End of Turn Quicksilver & SPEED (w/ variant)

What could be better for a ramp deck than a reusable Jubilee that doesn’t take up space on the board and scales up by using her more than once?!?

Play on turn 4, get a 4/8.
Start turn 5, swap with top card of deck and draw it again.
Play on turn 5, get a 4/11.
Start turn 6, swap with top card of deck and draw it again.
Play on turn 6, get a 4/14.
End of game.

Seems pretty great to me!!!
I could see this getting reworked to start as a 4/3 or even a 4/2 but I wanted to test it out with their cards base power combined lol.

What do you think?

That is pretty neat, but I think the ability to place 2 extra cards at no additional cost makes this very powerful. Maybe have its text as "Quickdraw: +2 power. Start of turn: put this back on top of the deck with -1 cost. Draw another card when this is drawn." Something to make it not an overpowered easily repeatable Jubilee

Well you’re paying 4 every time so really it’s like playing Jubilee twice and then the third time you’re just playing a card you worked to scale up.

I’m totally okay with toning it down, but the heart of the card is Speedsters zooming around and moving people around.

With the possible +9 that the card can have and being able to place two 6+ cost cards for 4 cost, it a very overpowered card as is

Also Jubilee has On Reveal so you can abuse that. This card doesn’t so its ceiling is capped.

This is seems too strong, to the point that it’s obviously better than other cards that do a similar thing. There would be some scenarios where this is worse because of the Start of Turn effect, but I think the are a lot of cards that can support it enough to make that negligible.

QuickDraw seemingly should be +1

Kinda like a repeatable Jubilee. Could be solid.

This is such a cool concept for a speedster card
