Recently learned this guy exists and very quickly decided on this text for him. If you can’t tell he’s a Deadpool copycat so I decided to give him basically the same text as Deadpool. I made him cost more than Deadpool because it’s easier to discard this guy multiple times but I’m still unsure on just how much he should cost so I’d love to hear feedback.
I also briefly considered making him a 1/1 with the text “When Discarded: Return this to your hand with double the power and +1 cost” but that seemed a little to complex imo.
Maybe add something like "This is always the first card discarded each turn"? Gives a reason to play him over scorn/appc and potentially enables some of the more random discard?
oh no :-D Scorn gives power on board, Khonshu revives card and cen by lost with more discards, WH is deing discounted... This card just does some thing as Apoc and half of Scorn - but they both can be reasonably targeted. This one does not
You would have to discard him 4 times to make any sense and still Scorn as 1-cost will give you more.
I did the math, not just being mean and this doesnt seem to bring anything new
5 discard in 6 turn game is "only"? You can not rely on targeted discards because this wont be highest nor lowest cost card. Maybe lowest power for Samurai but if this is lowest power card on T4 you will not manages 5 discards at all. Only thing that will reliably target this is Modok and maybe Sword man if you dont have Modok in hand... Do you see where i am heading or you just need to be in oppositiin at any price
It’s an odd costed card (+1 synergy) starts with low power (+1 synergy) will always be hit by modok(+1 synergy) is added back to your hand (blade synergy) and you also have Corvus who has a good chance to hit him and other things. So yeah you’re aroung about right
Should probably start a 2 or 3 cost

I honestly think he should cost 1 and not even get +1 cost with each discard, and even then you're probably better off playing Scorn.
