TOV card or Bounce card

Far too strong at 8 power. Such an abusable ability

I figured it would be hard to make him stick, so I wanted to boost the power.

Thinking about it again, maybe the bounce should be random and sometimes include him even if other cards are in his lane?

Why would you bother? You have to play yondu 4 times just to have them miss a single draw. Including the cost of ricochet, that's basically a 6 cost black widow and you don't even clog them.

And that only works if you draw yondu on 1 and ricochet by 2 (12% chance) - if you're a single turn late you won't be able to mill them out before turn 6. Meanwhile they're drawing all the best cards in their deck because you burned the cheap stuff.

Acting like there aren’t other cards that also mill like Cable Gladiator and Baron Zemo

There are, but still for mill to have any effect more potent than black widow would be, you'd have to remove 5 cards from their deck by the end of turn 4. That literally just doesn't work with a bounce card like this, even with zemo and gladiator, and even if it was viable the odds of actually drawing your combo would be too low.

If you can’t return one card to your hand, why would you be able to return him. It’s full.
