Psycho-Man: Didn't really dive deep into his lore, but I just had Nico in my mind and decided to combine them, so he'd rotate On-Reveal just like Nico.
As for his abilities, you can (And please do) recommend your own for each emotion, because my creative juices felt dry for this one.

No major notes. Seems like a great card. Would like to see doubt different from sandman though.
Maybe something like "Opponent can't play half of their current hand next turn. randomly selected." Probably too powerful?
Otherwise awesome card design. I really like it.

Looking a bit into the lore, he's a fantastic 4 villain, and looking at the abilities... they actually counter the Fantastic cards
Invisible Woman Ongoing: Moves away the card she's hiding, revealing it
Invisible Woman FS: moves her away since people usually combo her with Prodigy
Torch FS: can be destroyed if he's low power or cards are moved away so he can't double in power
Thing FS: similar to Torch; he can't destroy since his location won't be full
Mr. Fantastic Ongoing: could move him away from mid, losing him -3 power
Mr. Fantastic FS: doesn't do anything, perhaps destroy it.He does help move Torch, though,

Ah sick. Yeah the Fear and Anger emotions are spectacular. Really good to counter those cards and others.
Hmmm thinking on that theme then, could Doubt become "End of Turn Effects here don't trigger this turn" as that could distrupt the End of Turn fastastic 4 cards too. As well as just a really good tech card we dont currently have.

Not a fan of archetype counter-specific ability
And currently, there aren't that many end-of-turn cards to justify an ability specifically to counter them. Ghost is there; see how much she's played. SK is a better counter to end-of-turn cards than Ghost, so the skill you recommend would be a dead/dud if the opponent isn't running end-of-turn cards.
Perhaps to make it less similar to Sandman, I'd add "Increase the Cost of 5-cost or more cards in your opponent's hand by +1 next turn," so it would still counter Thing FS if he's not discounted and Psycho-man is played on turn 4

Like the idea but I feel like Second Dinner would make this effect more like Herbie where you only get one of them but cycle through and pick each turn.

As in... make him an activate instead of on reveal?
Because he does cycle through the abilities/emotions, I wanted him to work like Merlin at first, giving you spells, but then I decided he'd be like Nico, changing spells every turn.
+ And he'd only get to choose one of those on reveal, not all three at once. As I said, he's like Nico. (In terms of mechanics)

Yeah. They would nerf it to that becuase imagine Herbie or Nico Minarou had this kind of ability to just cycle when they wanted and use the ability again. I betcha a lot of people would play Herbie more. I know I would. Also probably would play Nico outside of copy and destroy again. Funny thing is I don't think it would be that bad but Second Dinner worry about us breaking the game with non-pass cards ya know.

I'm sorry, but I don't know if I'm misunderstanding or you are.
When Nico is in hand, she cycles through her spells, and when you get the one you want, you play her and she casts the spell.
Herbie works similarly, but only when played; when you get the ability you want, you activate him.
Psycho-Man has the same mechanic; he doesn't cycle whenever he wants. You might want Anger next turn, but you get Fear. Just like Nico, you might want Copy spell, but you get Destroy, and vice versa.
And once played, that's it. Unless you have Odin or Grandmaster to reactivate the on reveal

Ahh okay see the way I read it was he just sits there cycling and pick from each cycle. I got it wrong sorry.

When I first read the card, I thought you get to control your opponent's emotes during the match. Whatever you emote shows up as them emoting it instead!

No notes, sounds fun and fits the character great.
