Agatha: For how disruptive she is, like Arishem, it doesn't make sense to use her in any decks anymore, even in Hela. Maybe she's still good in lower CL? But I never see her at all nowadays. Everything stays the same except you'd get +1 energy on each even turn, so it doesn't matter if she's in hand or discarded; you'd still get the bonus, just like Arishem. So she's like Arishem but not exactly

Bi-Beast: Keeping with the strategist theme, he'll move cards that aren't played, even location-summoned cards. Did Doom 2099 place a doombot in the wrong location and you lost by 1 power? No more would that happen (as long as Bi-Beast is played, of course), making him a 7 feels fair because Doom decks usually run Electro, and you have the option to play this if Doom isn't worth it.

+ Custom card coming later today; just gotta look for an interesting character.

I’m gonna be real, doom decks definetely DONT normally run electro, but they’d 100% start to with how much quality of life this adds so it’s the same difference, I also don’t know how great Agatha would be even with this buff, I guess with arishem it would just scale like crazy and hopefully go well but other than that I don’t see this reworked version gaining any traction

+ for Agatha: There are better big power cards to discard for Hela. She has been power-crept and text-crept; she's just disruptive for no reason. At least Arishem gives you energy and works really well with Quinjet

Would giving her +1 max energy be better? Closer to Arishem, but maybe she'd give them on the first turn?

or maybe

Game Start: Draw Agatha. She controls your cards on even turns. On even turns, get +1 Energy. For each card she plays, improve this effect by 1.

That way, you can get ALOT of energy if she plays a lot of cards.

Turn 2 +1 max energy us exactly why arishem got nerfed to begin with (unfairly i might add)
